I am a motivated teacher who is passionate on enabling learner realize their full potential and exploit it to a maximum level so as to benefit themselves as well as the society. To ensure this am a result oriented person, and in my approach the learners are my able client whom l give l listening ear to, because l believe their voice matters in regards to the learning approach l should use. Am a strong believer of learner centered approach whereby l help the learner develop an inquisitive mind so as they are able to understand deeply the content and master. Apart from this, linking the content with the environment classroom is another approach l really use so as to ensure the generation am up bringing will be great co- creators or even entrepreneurs.
