I teach my students by applying proper solutions into thier weak point.I always follow thier condition.I will take assignment in every week from them.

I separate them by understanding thier capabilities of learning.Who are know only reading and writing and not understand the study method I will select them C grade group.Those students who know reading, writing and understand study method a few I will select them B grade group and those students who know reading, writing and know understand study method perfect I will select them A grade group.

I will take proper care for improvement C grade group students to develop thier B grade group.B grade group to A grade group and A grade group students to improve thier higher development progress.

I will apply some event to attract them in study.I also give them powerful mind setup motivation class to catch up thier passion in study.My students is very important to me.Because I always want the proper success by improving them.I want to live in thier success.I always want to be a good friend of them by solving thier all kinds of study problems.
