A certified Hatha yoga instructor with a decent knowledge of yin yoga. I have been associated with yoga from last 4 years and acquire an immense interest in mediation and relaxation. For me yoga doesn’t only refers to asanas but also to gaining deep knowledge of what and why are you doing those asanas. I concretely believe in life long benefits that yoga can provide when it is practiced right. When it comes to teaching yoga, I feel that going slow is the key. As a learner you must be able to sense every breath that you take and peace along with it.
