I want to start with some new thing firstly to make interest of students to study and work hard with their interest and capability. So student can have their interest to read and learn some thing well new should feel a sense of belonging in the school community. Teachers need autonomy in their work. Additionally, teachers need to feel confident in their abilities and have self-efficacy, which is influenced by the environment. Teacher motivation involves both the desire to teach and one’s interpersonal style toward students while doing so. A teacher’s own personal motivation resolves around the extent of psychological need satisfaction experienced during the act of teaching, and it manifests itself in terms of teacher enthusiasm and job satisfaction. A teacher’s motivating style toward students revolves around what teachers say and do during instruction to motivate students to engage in learning activities, and it manifests itself in terms of autonomy-supportive versus controlling teaching.
