I always follow certain pattern so that students can learn and grow. I always work on concept and try to give conceptual lectures to students so that they can easily understand what I'm saying. My method of teaching is that what we learn or read today, we'll write it next day so that in this way I can understand, are students learn or not. I always focus and teach according to board pattern and student point of view so that students easily learn and understand and I encourage my students to do something what fulfills them. I always motivate my students which give them extra power and ability so that they can do what they want. I always told to my students to build self respect first and do what your desire.
