Being a classroom practitioner for the past 18 years, I know that each student is unique and different. Therefore, each grows, matures, and grasps concepts at a different pace in their learning style. They each have their lightbulb moment.

My philosophy is to guide and harness this potential and get the best out of them. I believe in making the student the center of their learning. They take responsibility for their work and effort to achieve their goals and be their best.
