I have been teaching for a number of years and have catered the needs of many individuals with diverse needs. Currently, I am teaching in an Outstanding primary school in Hounslow. Prior to this, I have taught in the Special Education needs school for 5 years with high intake of pupils with autistic spectrum . One of the key ingredients of being successful while working with pupils with special needs is to maintain and create a calm approach within the classroom that fosters a positive learning environment. This is a very challenging and rewarding post which has allowed me to develop an understanding of some of the difficulties pupils may face in their learning and ways in which they can be supported.
