My teaching style is to test,teach and test to see what the student already knows and what they need to work on. I believe being a kind, humble and good communicator makes me a great teacher. My diligence, creativity and responsiveness allows me to creat ways to keep students engaged and motivated. The teaching methodology I use is that less teacher talking time to ensure students also get a fair opportunity to participate on the lesson and this has worked for me during my assistant teaching days as my students have been engage, motivated and were doing well on their assessments.
