I am not one to describe me.. My students their marks and behavioural change describe me.
I want my students to not only grow in academics but also help them to be a gud human being I would love to teach students who have respect towards their parents have family values and value for teachers.. I feel money is important no doubt but job self satisfaction is more important which comes only when u receive respect from ur students..
I start with explantion ask them to write summary of each topic taught so that they realise what doubts they have then make your own question.. they are discussed... Notes giving writting ... Then doubt session nd then small small test.. then to next chapter...
