Mitul Das, an Mphil Fellow, completed her graduation and post-graduation in Classical Vocal Music (Khayal) from the Department of Music, University of Rajshahi. At the same time, she is serving as a Music Teacher at New Govt. Degree College, and as a Research Assistant at BK School of Research. Her research interests belong to classical music; ethnomusicology; and music, economics and environment. She has a few publications as well. Recently, she has achieved the 1st Standard in National Rabindra Sangeet Competition 2022. Being an enlisted Singer at Bangladesh Television and Bangladesh Betar, she trains classical vocal music, Rabindra Sangeet and Nazrul Sangeet. During her 18 years long experience in music, she has experienced 550+ stage performances and 150+ virtual performances and achived over 60 recognitions.
