I believe in interactive teaching, my students should be open to giving me their views and thoughts on whatever we are learning which enables me know where their strengths and weaknesses are, expect assignments this is because they help build confidence and make the student familiar with the numbers which enables them answer better
I am a young teacher which also helps me relate better with my students and provide a comfortable space for them to let me know their trials and how they would like to be helped academically
