As an Educator,I have long years of teaching experience and had the opportunity of working in schools with ICSE,CBSE and NIOS boards. During my teaching career,I have always attempted to promote a healthy teaching environment amongst students both academically and emotionally in schools with general and inclusive setup. i have tried to optimize students performance and engaging them into various activities for knowledge enhancement.
This has been possible by identifying the challenges in students by understanding their weaknesses and working on the individual child's strengths, pace and capabilities and thereby making learning an enjoyable process.
My teaching techniques usually involve multisensory approach, that includes visual, auditory, kinesthetic and tactile elements to reinforce learning and meet a student's need or requirements at his/her level.
Promote Graded Reading Programs.
Teach Grammar skills and help develop Language skills and creative writing skills
Strategies to improve Reading Comprehension.
Work to build grade appropriate Mathematic concepts and Thinking skills.

    As a trained teacher i have handled English .Mathematics and Science in the middle school level at Ashoka Hall Girls 'Higher Secondary school, Kolkata and Hiranandani Foundation School, Thane city.
    As a special educator i have worked in therapy clinics and in schools with inclusive setup . i had the opportunity to understand and work with children with special needs having various challenges like Learning Disability, Slow Learners, children having behavioral problems and children with neuro diverse traits .
    i have also worked with students from Level A,Level B and Level C from NIOS board.
