I am looking forward to find new ways of teaching that can help students attaining knowledge beyond limits. Even outside the boundry wall of their School/College/University. I would like to create an innovative learning environment through: 1.Project-based learning, 2.Focus on practical studies for folk culture,social history,regional language etc. 3.Nurturing creativity, 4.Public speaking, 5.The use of diagrams, graphs, charts and other such data-based learning. 7.Report and thesis formulation, hardcore research and research-based learning.Learning should not remain only a work but passion for them. I Think, in this way make students capable enough.
