Hey! Satyam this side. I am pursuing my Bachelors from DAV institute of Engineering and Technology, Palamu.
I have taught lots of students living in my locality when I was in my secondary schooling. Being a tutor, I observed that the students mostly lack the confidence which let them down. So boosting up the confidence od students is the main thing any tutor should take up as a priority. After boosting up the confidence, teach any topic conceptually using examples as examples are the best way to elaborate anything.
I have done these things and saw rise of students. Mostly teacher get irritated when someone asks doubts which is not good as students feels annoying about it. So let them ask the doubts and make the doubts clear.
Clarity in students provide them a good knowledge and a healthy competition.When you do such things, students will applause for your efforts. So, do not bind any students in books limitation. Let the grow there IQ and knowledge that will provide them a perfect education that a student need in his/her life.
Wish that i'll get a chance to prove myself.
