With my vast experience of teaching thousands of students I have a different technique for teaching different students as every one has different aptitude.

  • ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR (Sep, 1985–Oct, 2023) at SMDRSD COLLEGE PATHANKOT
    I joined the institution initially on 1109/1985 on adhoc basis later on become regular and Retired as Associate Professor and HOD of PG Department of Chemistry SMDRSD College Pathankot. Remains HOD for almost 13 years
    As a senior most teacher and a member of Board of Studies,Faculty of Science and Academic Council Guru Nanak Dev University Amritsar in curriculum development and innovation in teaching strategies, including incorporation of new technologies for learning and grading.
    Develop examinations and writing assignments to monitor students’ progress and understanding of material.
    Successfully guided many students for getting Admission in IITs, reputed Engineering Colleges, and Medical Colleges. Many of my students are doctors and very successfully running their own clinics and Diagnostic centers
    Train new teachers in classroom conduct and requirements.
    Research new curriculum and implement new concepts and ideas into the classroom.

    Full Knowledge of working on computers
    Online Teaching experience in Wiziq, Tutor vista and Goiit.com and all graduate and post graduate classes through Zoom and Google meet
