My teaching approach is more logical rather than just mugging up the subject. I always make sure my students are clear with the basics and how to apply it to solve the questions. This builds confidence to try solving questions even though the student is weak in a particular area.
I'm quite patient while teaching and would be happy to repeat same topic twice or even more. And I like it when students come up with more doubts. That's when I know the student is genuinely interested to learn.
