I am Rosemary Ndanu; a teacher, a motivator and also a counsellor with strong leadership skills, proficiency in time management, cooperative person, good communication abilities and better mastery of content. I will perform my work with alot of passion and diligence. As a teacher I will ensure students master the needed content in mathematics and also in business studies according to the curriculum. Assignments, random tests play a big role in enhancing learners performance. Teaching methods such as face to face method, online learning, blended learning, demonstration method will be used to supply knowledge and skills to the students. Learner centred approach for my students will work best. Gamification is also a good tip to enhance student understanding. I am great teacher because I love socializing with my students and this will improve students performance in their subjects.
