I recently completed my PhD from IIT Kharagpur. My specializations are biotechnology, microbiology, bio-energy, computational biology, and bioinformatics. I have published many research papers and generated several research ideas during the last six years. I have helped many students with technical writing, research projects, essays, reports, and high-quality research papers. I have also worked as a teaching assistant in the advanced computational biology field.
I am here to help the students around the world with their research projects. I am very enthusiastic about sharing new ideas with students and always take feedback from the students. I will provide technical and writing support to the students. I will share my knowledge and expertise with the student to gain their thought process and uplift their skills.

I work as a researcher in the fields of computational and experimental biology. Throughout my PhD, I have focused on understanding the microbial interactions necessary for the effective bioconversion of plant biomass. I have constructed microbial interaction networks on a metagenome scale and developed genome-scale community metabolic models of the termite gut microbiome. I have also enriched the lignocellulolytic microbial communities in insect guts to construct controlled microbial consortia by tracking their metabolic interaction patterns. I aimed to optimize microbial community composition and interaction patterns to enhance their integrative metabolic potential. Further, I have generated several research ideas and worked on many projects, like the metabolic role of the human gut microbiome in type 2 diabetics, the potential of the bovine gut microbiota for lignocellulose degradation, and cyanobacterial and algal metabolic models for lipid production. These broad research exposures have enriched my skills and thought processes for creating novel research ideas. Currently, I am focusing on genome-scale modeling of human cell lines with gene expression data to assess the metabolic flux profile of different disease conditions.
