I am dauntless and motivated bilingual educator, who works diligently to implement new teaching methods and strategies aimed at helping each learner achieve their certain set objectives. I am also well experienced in addressing students needs and ensuring proper student development. I have developed, administered and grade tests for my student to achieve certain set goals. I am able to identify my students areas of strengths and weaknesses and recommend promotion or retention. I employ broad range of instructional techniques to retain student interest and maximize learning. I teach students to utilize problem solving methodology and techniques during tests.
