I'm a mom of 2 adults, son and daughter and a grandmother to a 4 year old granddaughter. When my children were still school going years ago, I had all the patience to assist my kids to the best of my ability when it came to their schoolwork. I also loved doing research on projects with them. I always felt the urge to help others if my help was needed as it gives me great joy when I see the help is appreciated. I've completed a 120 hour TEFL online English certificate. As an online English teacher, I feel I have so much to offer students out there. I will access the student's level in the English language and improve where i see a necessity needed.
I'm approachable and will always take the time to explain to the best that I can, ensuring they fully understand.
I use to always love testing my kids where i would ask the questions and they would write down their answers and I would mark the test out of 10. Their would always be a slight reward if they exceed 60% and the answers which were wrong I would make sure they knew why it was wrong. So this is an approach I would also take with my students as I feel it also makes the lesson exciting.
