I am a hands on teacher who encourages my students by motivating them to ask questions and pique their curiosity over the topics being studied. I give them an opportunity to communicate and share their new knowledge, this helps them in explaining what they are thinking about. We achieve this through listening and following directions, having students work in groups, encouraging them to be active participants, allowing them to work on activities they are interested in and come to me for guidance. I am patient, I can adapt easily, I listen to my students, I engage them fully by having different creative activities to work on. I am respectful and always wants the best results for them.
