In my classes, I usually prefer taking the role of a facilitator which means I like learner-centered classes where students are actively engaged and participate fully. I also prefer differentiated instruction whereby I tailor my classes to the different needs of my students. Group learning is also another teaching style I like because it encourages collaboration skills among students. Finally I prefer game-based learning because it helps students to be more excited about learning and keeps them motivated and focused on lessons. I use engaging activities like games, songs, role play, board games, debates storytelling, crossword puzzle and quizzes amongst others. I also integrate visuals and audios to make my lessons interesting. I believe I am a great teacher because I am patient with students. I know learning is a journey and students are different hence the need to be patient. I am also a good listener, respectful and creative. I am knowledgeable about my subject matter and very passionate with my teaching job. For evaluation, I use formative assessments. I do give impromptu quizzes, homework, take online polls and even hold a one-on one interview with the students. I believe you will enjoy my lessons as I help you in learning English.
