I have previous experience in dealing with students and providing necessary aid to improve their memory, story telling narrative way to improve their collective memory and help them to grasp subjects based on chunking method. Help them to improve their core strength and interest. Done various workshops and training programs to improve the children's ability to read, write and calculation. Conducted various school visits to understand the key issues of students facing in academic structure and help them to improve their abilities. I have previous experience in providing internship for the diploma students.
