My background includes designing, developing, and implementing training programs and instructional materials to facilitate participants education and progression. With my ability to communicate with cross-departmental staff to capture training requirements, I excel at coordinating, and delivering powerful and targeted learning tools while effectively driving program improvements to enhance learning experiences and elevate participants performances
Some of my achievement include:
 Conducted classroom, virtual, and field training to internal and external clients.
 Planned, organized, and developed training materials that met specific needs.
 Conceptualized and implemented a training program, educating employees on various issues.
 Being part of the team to develop and implement online platform for ICT learning
