I have been in the teaching profession since last six years, so I can understand the student's psychology. I give more attention to the weak students. I follow some steps before getting involved with a student, first I try to understand what problem he or she is facing regarding study . I try to solve that problem, so that the student can understand everything. I believe if a student can overcome from the fear of study he or she can perform well, After that I guide them according to their need . Till now I have taught a lot of students using this method and I can say proudly most of them are now doing well in study . They can feel the positive change in their studies and in their report card .
