I am an expert pharmacy teacher with a diverse background in Pharmacy education with clinical and hospital pharmacy experience to contribute to the healthcare needs of the society. My goals of these 10+ years of experiences are development of independent judgment and the integration of fundamental knowledge with clinical applications and equips students with the communication skills needed to explain complex medical information in an understandable manner, vital for promoting medication adherence and patient safety - Medication Management. I am proactive and adaptable professional who excels in problem-solving and delivering high-quality results. I believe in collaborative, blended, personalized and experiential learning and my teaching methodology is scenario based, class discussion, engaging students in interactive discussion and flipped classroom. My teaching strength is to effectively engaging with students and encourage them to build conceptual learning through case based studies. I always try to make students skilled enough by introducing them the use of technology to build problem-solving skills.
