Hello!
I am Dr.Penina,an experienced trainer with a 30 year expertise as a teacher in all levels from elementary to post graduate students.
I enjoy improvising my lesson plan to maximize on the interaction between trainer and trainee whether be it through collaborative learning, gamification or even through project based learning. I am a staunch believer in experiential learning or the socratic merhod as my preferred teaching style . I am in tune with the times and seeking opportunities to inspire my students to seek knowledge.

    I was also the coordinator of field attachment and the university's production unit
