I'm a teacher who is interested in both academic excellence and also developing and instilling the learner with other positive life values and skills. Understanding that learners have different abilities and levels I consider and cater for all learner's differences.

As I empress learner differences and capabilities I also work on their attitude to make it positive and also improve their self-esteem and believe on their capabilities. I preferably use learner- centered methodology so as to ensure long time learner content retention.

I am a also a great motivator and guider of learners on life choices like careers and achieving academic excellence. I also help my learners to navigate and overcome life challenges like peer pressure, drugs and alcohol abuse, school drop out, early pregnancies ( if they're girls), setting goals and targets and how to work to achieve them among other student related issues.

I ensure conducive and friendly student learning to ensure well attainment of goals and objectives. I achieve this by ensuring learning area is free from destruction of objects, people or noise. I also ensure learners do not get bored by making them active during learning.
