I am practicing yoga from the last 18 months. After coming to this field I felt like this is my passion and I started working on it. After that I completed the yoga teachers training 200 so that I can teach yoga and follow my passion . It completely change my personality from physically as well as mentally. I want to teach so that I can spread this beautiful thing around the world. Yoga is life style, it is not a one or two day practice, it is a continuous process.
