I always interacte with the students to see where they need support and where strengths are. I also make sure that the student is confortable with the current topic before moving to the next. I encourage my students to ask as many questions as needed to understand. Also i give regular assessments to know how the student is doing and we do corrections together. This always works best because even the students will know where to put more effort. Following strict but adaptable routine makes learning process easier i work with my students to make sure their success in learning
