    With the issued letter from my university i decided to learnt something different so i decided to do my internship in a govt college.it was such a grate experience to teach bachelors Students. The development of internship will serves some goals as well. It is very likely to reduce current high attrition rates. It encourages a reflective, self-improvement attitude among intern students. It offers a setting in which to encourage the development of ethical standards and observe the candidate’s concern and care for children. It provides occasion and events for meaningful assessment. Internship is the first step on the path from novice to expert. As such, it will be designed to allow time both to observe and practice. Intern becomes able to watch what experts do, as well as benefit from their observations and advice.
  • As a teacher (Jan, 2023–May, 2023) at 1 years experience in Beacon House
    This was a great chance of learning and professional development for me. I gratefully acknowledge the support and patience of my family, professor’s and friends throughout my studies without them this journey could not have been completed.I also like to share the experience that I gathered during my internship in this School focusing on a self-evaluation of my teaching. I had high expectation for bringing out the best from the students and always tried to motivate the students. There were mix of different kind of students. I tried to establish a good teacher-student relationship and understand each student treating them individually and making proper assessment. I always tried to maintain professionalism and a good relationship with colleagues. In this paper I also mentioned about reflective practice, qualities of good and effective teacher, Communicative Language Teaching (CLT), task-based teaching, selecting best method for teaching and some challenges of teaching. I always tried to make progress by using different methods depending on the context. i also includes various problems and obstacles that I had during my internship and how did I overcome those ensuring a good and safe learning environment. Here, I talked about what I learnt from this journey and how I can use this experience in my future teaching. I also gave recommendations that should be implemented to make the learning process better and more effective
