Effectiveness of my teaching methodology is a combination of thoughtful planning, interactive engagement, and the use of appropriate technology as below;
• Define specific, achievable learning objectives for each lesson or module.
• Communicate these objectives to students at the start of the course and before each class.
• Use of videos, audio clips, and interactive simulations to engage learners.
• Encourage active participation through discussions, Q&A sessions, and group activities.
• Encourage students to share their work and ideas with the class to build a sense of community Ensure course materials are accessible to all.
• Implementing these methodologies can help create an effective online learning environment that fosters student engagement, participation, and success.
• Use a mix of synchronous (live sessions) and asynchronous (recorded materials, discussion boards) teaching methods to accommodate different learning preferences and schedules.
• Timely and constructive feedback to guide student improvement.
• Use of LMS to organize course content, assignments, and communication. Incorporate frequent assessments, such as quizzes, assignments, and projects, to gauge student understanding.
