My teaching style is very friendly .Students psychology means me alot .I adopted multiple type teaching styles seeing towards the students,s attraction and interest towards studies. I used different methodology like students centre and teacher centre depends upon the need of subject and topic. I tried to encourage students to make efforts by their own with the collaboration of both of us. I tried to fix their problems and weakness 1st then go ahead In this way i got alot of achievements in my job career. My results were 100 % .I got many times best teacher award during my job career.
