I first establish a good rapport with my students, making them comfortable in both learning and communication.

I teach topics or lessons that use different strategies to make learning fun and engaging while also letting the students explore their own learning style. Effective communication and making the classroom a safe environment is the key for the students' effective learning and this tactic will make an easier communication with the student.

I may not guarantee your full learning to be so much according to your own expectation but I will be making sure to make our meeting/s and next session/s to be fun and exciting.
