I engage with the learner to understand their needs and capabilities then i will make my own assessment which will help me determine the level of engagement. I prefer using a step by step approach to learning to ensure that the student is able to understand key subject matters and be able to relate them to real life situations. As the learning progresses i normally uses assessment tasks to be able to measure whether the student is able to relate to the subject. I also tailor make my learning engagement to suit the requirements of the subject being undertaken
