I am a confident person; my experience has been in teaching for several subjects for several years.

My strengths are, disciplined, prepared, friendly with new technology, friendly with students, a good environment creator and motivator.

There are important things to maintain and put in practice along with

students: the values because it gives student the responsibility enough to be part in your classes, when student realize that they have to be punctual, disciplined, organized, respecters, they are part of the system, they bring their homework, doing they research without copy and paste, they are motivated and trying to get the best performance from their part.

    As far as describing myself as a teacher honest, straight forward definitely not politically correct, opinionated, open minded to new ideas all which I also encourage my students to be in my class. I would give myself a B maybe a B+ Lol Reason first every school year you start over. After teaching for 8 1/2 years I have never had any individual classes of students that were the same. I continue to evolve as a teacher. I am always learning new and better ways to present material from my students, administrators and fellow teachers. Young people especially freshman in high school today are so much smarter than a lot of people especially adults give them credit for. You can learn a lot from them if you are willing to listen and respect their opinions which are always evolving. I also continue to learn within the content area I teach. Every year is an opportunity to improve that’s the great part of the profession in addition to knowing that you can and do make a difference in young people’s lives though you might not always see it immediately. I could write my own novel about my own experiences as most teachers could. That’s the simple answer.
