I am a passionate learner and researcher of botany. I know the future of botany, looking at current scenario of climate change. My aim will be to make environmental sustainable future. I had published 30 national and international research papers based on botany. Effective teaching would be my priority to divert new generation towards botany as a basic subject rather than other subjects. My attempt will be more practical towards entrepreneurship bu utilising our subject knowledge. Skill development program will be values addition in my teaching course. I had trained by induction programme by IISER Pune for effective teaching methods. I would try my best to utilise this knowledge in the reaching.
