Title: Online Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Online Teacher to join our team. As an Online Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive lessons to students via online platforms. Your primary duties will include:

Planning and preparing lesson materials and activities tailored to the needs and levels of individual students.
Conducting live online classes using video conferencing tools, ensuring a dynamic and interactive learning environment.
Providing constructive feedback and support to students to facilitate their learning and academic progress.
Assessing student performance through assignments, quizzes, and exams, and maintaining accurate records of their progress.
Communicating effectively with students and parents/guardians to address any concerns or questions and provide updates on student performance.
Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and resources for online teaching.
Staying updated on educational technology trends and incorporating innovative teaching methods to enhance the online learning experience.
Maintaining professionalism and adherence to ethical standards in all interactions with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Previous experience in teaching, particularly in online or remote settings
Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and educational technology tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Passion for teaching and supporting students in their learning journey
