My teaching skills believed in Active listening, Adaptability, Collaboration, Creativity, Empathy, Engagement, Focus on growth, Lifelong learning, Patience, Preparedness, Respect. I believe in student- teacher bond, it must be positive and strong so we both grow together for ourselves and for our nation. As an educator, I’ll be responsible for teaching an extraordinarily wide range of students. To combat inequality and discrimination and ensure fairness, I need to assess my students’ needs in a way that is free from bias — something that requires us to continuously check in with my own judgments and assumptions about others.Creativity goes hand in hand with adaptability — another key trait we explored on this list. Whether I teach first graders or doctoral students, I have ability to innovate, think outside the box, and find novel solutions to challenges, which will empower me to meet a wider range of students’ needs. Being creative as an educator will also help me to foster creativity in my students — an essential skill they’ll need for countless career paths. In line with being flexible and adaptable, it’s important to be prepared for a wide range of scenarios and challenges in the classroom. i can increase my overall level of preparedness as an educator by learning about my students’ strengths and challenges, and ensuring that I consider how each of my students could be affected by my lesson plans.
