I love to teach mathematics and English in a friendly and open way. I don't believe.in scolding and adhering to strictness all the time . Understanding psychology of students also necessary to deal with him or her and also delievery style is much easier, that's what I thought about myself . I like to talk to kids about their daily routines and their personal day schedule also, as such a bond maker the child believe that teacher is really cared about him or her and he would be able to connect easily than forcefully.
