I focus on concept clearing. I research on the topics and then give a clear outline of topics to students. One on One discussion where we both discuss our thoughts and objectives in the best method. I focus on book reading and makiing small questionare from chapters as it help in memorizing. I like curious and hard working students because they are keen in learning.
We all are humans and make mistakes, if their is any mistake from my side I always accept it openly. My focus is all on understanding and want students to be attentive so that they can solve their topics in case study type question.
