Its me Muhammad Mujahid from Muzaffar Garh. My journey as an educator is one woven with dedication, passion, and a relentless pursuit of academic excellence. Growing up in the humble town of Muzaffargarh, I discovered my love for learning early on, nurtured by the supportive environment of Government High School Mahra Khas where I completed my Matriculation. It was here that I first glimpsed the transformative power of education, igniting a flame within me to one day become an educator himself.
My pursuit of knowledge led me to the esteemed halls of Bahauddin Zakariya University (BZU) in Multan, where I embarked on my academic journey. It was at BZU where I not only attained my graduation degree but also distinguished myself with a prestigious gold medal, a testament to my exceptional academic prowess and dedication to my studies.
However, it was not merely academic accolades that fueled my passion. It was my deep-seated belief in the importance of education as a tool for empowerment and social change that truly drove me forward. Armed with my education and a steadfast commitment to nurturing young minds, I returned to my roots in Muzaffargarh to embark on my career as an educator.
In the corridors of the classroom, my impact is palpable. My teaching methodology transcends the traditional boundaries of rote memorization, instead focusing on cultivating a genuine passion for learning in my students. With unwavering patience and empathy, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each learner, creating a supportive and inclusive environment where every student feels valued and encouraged to excel.
But my influence extends far beyond academic achievement. I serve as a mentor, a role model, and a source of inspiration for my students, instilling in them not only the knowledge they need to succeed but also the values of integrity, perseverance, and compassion. My dedication to my profession is evident in every aspect of my teaching, as I go above and beyond to ensure that each student reaches their full potential.
Outside the classroom, I am a pillar of my community, tirelessly advocating for the importance of education and actively contributing to the betterment of society. Whether through organizing educational workshops, volunteering my time for community service projects, or simply lending a listening ear to those in need, my impact reverberates far and wide.
In the tapestry of my life, education is not just a profession; it is a calling, a vocation, and a lifelong mission to empower and uplift others through the power of knowledge. My journey of academic excellence serves as a shining example of the transformative power of education, inspiring generations to come to reach for the stars and pursue their dreams with unwavering determination.

Experience

  • Lecturer (Mar, 2022May, 2024) at Al Bayan Islamic School (Islamic Center of Ridgewood)
During my two-year teaching experience at Al Bayan Islamic school, I have the opportunity to immerse myself fully in the realm of Islamic education. My primary role involve teaching Islamic Studies to students, where I strive to impart not only knowledge but also instill a deep understanding and appreciation for the principles and values of Islam.

One aspect of my teaching duties includes delivering Islamic lectures, where I have the chance to engage students in discussions on various topics such as Islamic history, theology, ethics, and spirituality. These lectures are not just about conveying information but also about fostering critical thinking and encouraging students to reflect on how they could apply Islamic teachings in their daily lives.

Another significant component of my role is teaching the Holy Quran with Tajweed, the proper recitation rules. This involve guiding students in mastering the pronunciation, intonation, and rhythm of Quranic verses while ensuring adherence to Tajweed rules. It is a deeply rewarding experience to witness students progress in their recitation skills and develop a deeper connection with the Quran.

In addition to the structured curriculum, I also prioritize teaching with a full grip and by heart. This mean going beyond the textbook material and incorporating real-life examples, anecdotes, and personal experiences to make the lessons more relatable and memorable for students. By teaching with full grip, I aimed to ensure that students not only understand the content but also its practical implications and relevance in their lives.

Teaching by heart is another fundamental aspect of my approach. It involve infusing passion, sincerity, and empathy into my teaching, creating a supportive and nurturing learning environment where students felt valued, inspired, and motivated to excel. I believe that teaching by heart goes beyond simply conveying information; it's about fostering genuine connections with students, understanding their individual needs and learning styles, and empowering them to reach their fullest potential.

Overall, my two-year teaching experience at Al Bayan Islamic school is incredibly fulfilling and enriching. It allows me to not only impart knowledge but also to make a meaningful impact on the lives of my students, helping them grow academically, spiritually, and personally on their journey of Islamic education.
