Experience

  • Engineer R&D & Production, HQ Former (May, 2021–Present) at Top Glove Malaysia
    • Conduct various of project related to glove and ceramic former studies with
    high priority for implementation in Top Glove plant.
    • Research, manage, implement, and monitor every prototype project such as reporting and analysis of results across Top Glove plant factories to allow for optimal feedback selection and critical operating conditions.
    • Prepared paper work/slide and give training to other department to ensure and enhance all process flow in a good process.
    • Liaise with Former department to advising action plan on current problematic issue related to offline and online former
    • As a Person in charge HQ former to monitor all 5 factories (M2, M9, F12, F27 and F37).
    • Influenced a technical decision-making process for deciding amount of
    preparation chemical before flow in at synthetic latex compounding facilities.
    • As an auditor for Former Audit for whole Top Glove factory. Every month 8 factory will be conduct audit for ensure good former used in running line production.
    • Evaluation of online former and glove up to 100 samples per week to segregate
    and integrate to follow current standard of procedure for better quality.
    • Acquiring and reporting vast numerous gloves data for every trial run such as
    online rejection rate, DPM rate, cosmetic defect rate, line parameter rate &
    physical properties data
    • Adapting and following ASTM D6319, EN455 and ISO 11193 standard into
    various glove products before considering for projects execution
  • QC & R&D Officer (Aug, 2020–Apr, 2021) at ISD Meditech Sdn Bhd
    • In charge for IPQC room and analysis.
    • Handling laboratory work included all test for hand sanitizer and ultrasound gel product.
    • First project: Development new product which is hand wash.
    • Enhance product formula (hand sanitizer, fogging) according to customer order.
    • Documentation for production include job sheet production.
    • In charge for raw material in and out for production.
    • Assist for external lab test included COA product.
