Hello there learners,this is a great platform for me to me you .I am a great teacher who minds their students and is able to deliver content very well.i use different methodologies such as Discussions, demonstration, use of case studies, lecture methods and experiential teaching and learning. I deliver good results as majority of my students score an average of A(-) in their tests .I am able to incorporate online learning with skills to handle zoom,Microsoft teams and Google meet for teaching. I assess my students fairly making sure that they apply what we have learnt in class .I encourage creativity and critical thinking as I guide my students in doing so.I guide my students on how to answer questions in exams even from an external examiner and still pass well. I have a good professional sense of humour, making the classroom a fun place when we are still learning. My kind of teaching is student-centres where I just facilitate learning but let the learner showcase her knowledge boosting her confidence and self esteem .I respect all cultures and religions and very cautious not to be insensitive of either .I am empathic, putting the needs and feelings of my students first .I am a counsellor and students greatly confide in me as a friend and mentor
