I assess the learners ability regarding the subject, I use what the learner knows to prepare a lesson that will help a learner to progress. This has been my strategy to bring out results with my students. My teaching style is more of exploration teaching I let the leaner to explore on the subject matter in such a way their understanding leaves a lasting impact rather than spoon feeding with all information, so as the learner will put interest in the learning process if he/she is bringing in a contribution towards the subject matter being taught.
