From my experience and knowledge i have been grooming and guiding young kids and teenagers about their own capacities and abilities. I know they are full of knowledge and just want to grow up in path of achieving goal, but fear of social interactions or they are introverts, will gain such an abundance of confidence in their day to day life which would let them achieve their final goal without any hindrance.
