The University of London's LLB programme lays massive emphasis on the point you're trying to convey rather than the words you use. The right usage of caselaw is also key but not the final ingredient to your answer. Teaching isn't something generic. Especially in a degree as sophisticated and challenging as the UOL's Bachelors of Law degree, a holistic approach is needed. I would be teaching exactly in replication of what I did during my degree as a student and would be using the same material which landed me my merits and Distinction.

Too much cramming of caselaws and focusing on just your prowess over the English language won't guarantee you a 2:1 Upper Division like I scored, intact, using resources from the Internet on for example subjects like IPHR, Tort, Islamic, Jurisprudence, EU to name a few added with out of the box answers will get you the maximum score you're willing to get.

I work full time as a lawyer and part time as an online teacher of Law. I have extensive experience of drafting legal contracts, consumer cases and Narcotics in General. I scored a Distinction in Juris whereas scored 3 merits in my 1st Year (Criminal, Common Law and Public Law) partially due to my strong expression of language, the right use of caselaws and moreover due to finding out of the box resource materials. A 2:1 degree is not awarded to anyone just because of luck, infact you have to create your own luck!
