I have completed my doctorate at Anna University. My specialization is finance. I have 18 years of academic experience, as an optimistic individual curious about exploring new ideas and passionate about learning. As a teacher, I strongly believe in ABC (activity-based teaching). The creativity in my activity helped students reach the RBT levels. Recognizing my effort, I received the Best Faculty Award at Sri Krishna College of Technology in 2022 and the Distinguished Teacher Award in 2023.

Research Achievements and Activities:
My research area is Behavioural finance. Through empirical research, I aim to develop a theoretical framework to understand how human behavior impacts financial decision-making processes. My doctorate topic is related to financial literacy, I make efforts to spread financial literacy among the public in India. In recognition, the National Financial Education Council has appreciated my efforts in improving the financial capabilities of the community. I have published 19 papers, two in UGC Care, eight in Scopus, one in Web of Science, and one in ABDC journals, and also published four book chapters, six cases, and 13 international conference papers.
