I believer I am a great teacher because in my four year experience, I learnt to know my students and to interact with them. The method that I use to teach is discussion, asking and answering questions. I know this is the best way of delivery content to your students because you will get to know who and who has not understood what is being taught. Besides, I give my students homework daily to determine their level of understand. I am a great teacher also because besides classroom interaction, I engage in outside classroom interaction like football, drama, scouting. This builds our relationship with the students. Subjects like chemistry, most students have the belief that it is difficult to understand but I make my students have that mindset that you can learn anything and you can pass anything so long as you set your mind. Mathematics on the other hand need a lot of practice and I give my students more work and past papers to work on so as to familiarize with the kcse questions. I believe if you give me chance I will make my students to be smart . Thank you
