An experience of 34 years into High School teaching has helped me to connect with thousands of students and a deep understanding of what they need, how they learn has been an inspiration which drives my Lesson Planning.
The expertise in curriculum designing, classroom management skills and content development has benefitted students live the subjects taught by me over the years.
Biology is made most interesting with extended learning and many innovative practices .
English language skills as well as a deep understanding of literature with guidance to excel in Speaking and Writing Skills has benefitted all the children I have been associated with over the years
Teachers have also been mentored by me to develop and excel in pedagogical practises, classroom mangement skills, differentiated teaching and various evaluation methods . I constantly use various Student Engagement, Peer Learning Strategies, Collaborative techniques of learning with guidance and tips for better performance . Giving opportunities for sharing and empathetic interactions for students t well being have also been the focus. With a understanding of need for Mental wellness, Mindfulness and Stress Management, my classes ensure that a wholesome experience is provided way beyond just academic support
